The Australian Hotels Association (South Australian Branch) was established in 1871 and is an integral part of SA’s hospitality and tourism industry. The Association represents and protects the commercial interests of hoteliers throughout South Australia.
The Association’s mission is to encourage, foster and promote the pursuit of excellence in service, facilities and management practices among members for the benefit of the industry and the community of SA.

The Quin Story
The sea has been an integral part of the life of every member of the Quin family since 1836. In that year Captain Hugh Quin arrived in the new colony of South Australia aboard the Cygnet. Captain Quin's grandson, also Hugh Quin (1880-1950) founded Hugh Quin PtyLtd. At Port Adelaide in 1921 and established a sail loft. His son and grandson followed in the business that expanded and diversified in different Marine fields supplying goods and service to the marine industry and recreational boaters around Australia. Sandy Quin now manages the brokerage section which has been an integral part of the business for over 30 years.
Clubs S.A.
Founded in 1919, Clubs SA is the trading name for the Licensed Clubs' Association of South Australia - the official industry body representing the interests of licensed Clubs in this state. Its major platform has been to effect changes to government legislation to enable Clubs to become more self sufficient over the long term, and to also provide a recognised infrastructure for the active support and promotion of sport and community events across the Club industry.
As an overall philosophy, Clubs SA's mission is to preserve, promote and advance the interests of member Clubs and the Club industry as a whole. Clubs SA's membership comprises sporting, ethnic, social and community Clubs. The Association works to promote and protect the interests of its members by providing a number of direct services to the Club movement of South Australia
Blind Sporting Council
The BSC exists to finance recreation, sport and associated projects to ensure blind and vision impaired people of all ages have opportunities to fulfil their dreams.
The Blind Sporting Council was established in 1996 to provide support to people who are blind or vision impaired participating in sport, recreation and community activities.
